1. Non-Delivery of the Product/Service
If you do not receive a service or product due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you may request a refund. However, you may be required to provide proof that a complaint has been filed with the respective courier or mail service provider regarding the missing delivery. Maha Seva Hub reserves the right to assess each case individually before approving a refund request.
2. Download Issues
If you face any difficulties downloading software, digital content, or accessing services due to browser, firewall, or network issues, Maha Seva Hub recommends contacting the support team of your browser provider. As our software and digital services are compatible with all major browsers, we do not guarantee refunds for download issues arising from user-end technical problems.
3. Irreparable Defects with the Software
While all our software and digital services undergo rigorous testing before release, unforeseen errors may occur. If you encounter an irreparable defect, you may report the issue to our Support Team. Refunds for software defects will be assessed and granted at Maha Seva Hub’s sole discretion.
4. Product/Service Not-as-Described
If you believe a product or service you received does not match its description, you may request a refund. Such requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our approval. To avoid such claims, customers are encouraged to review free samples, demo videos, screenshots, or service descriptions before making a purchase.
5. Franchise & Service Fees
Franchise fees, service fees, and any other business-related payments made to Maha Seva Hub are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once paid, these fees cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred. We encourage all applicants and franchisees to thoroughly review our terms and conditions before making any payments.
Cancellation Policy

For Services: Once a service request has been processed or completed, it cannot be canceled. In cases where cancellation is requested before processing, Maha Seva Hub may assess eligibility for partial refunds at its sole discretion.

For Subscriptions: Any subscription-based service will be billed according to the chosen plan. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
Dispute Resolution
